Every trip includes dining recommendations and up to five restaurant reservations. We also share room preferences, dietary needs, birthdays, anniversaries and other important requests with hotels and our local partners.

We help you choose airports, routes and flight times that work well with your itinerary. We also provide travel insurance and passport, visa and entry guidance. Airfare Ticketing can be added if you’d like us to handle your flights.

A thoughtful plan from the start. During your complimentary 30 minute Planning Call, we take time to understand your dates, budget, priorities, interests and the way you like to travel. We’ll guide you on where to go, the best order for your destinations and how long to spend in each place.
A personalized proposal, revisions included. Before research begins, we’ll let you know when to expect your first proposal. You’ll have time to review our recommendations and current pricing, ask questions and request up to three rounds of revisions before booking. We’re available by email, with a call whenever a conversation would be helpful.
Hotel recommendations and reservations. We recommend and book hotels based on location, room arrangements, amenities and everyone’s needs and preferences. When available, we’ll also arrange preferred benefits such as breakfast, hotel credits, welcome amenities and upgrades.
Your day by day itinerary. We research, recommend and book guides, private tours and experiences. We balance planned experiences with time to explore, relax and enjoy where you are.

Transportation. We plan and book private transfers, trains, ferries and rental cars, recommending the best way to travel between destinations based on your itinerary, comfort and time.
Bookings, payments and confirmations. Once your itinerary feels right and you approve it, we confirm availability and pricing, book your hotels, transportation, guides and experiences and keep track of deposits, payments, confirmations and deadlines.
Restaurant recommendations and reservations. Every trip includes dining recommendations and up to five reservations. Additional reservation assistance is available through our Concierge service.
Your preferences and special occasions. We share room preferences, dietary needs, birthdays and anniversaries with hotels and our local partners.

Flight guidance and optional ticketing. We’ll help you choose airports, routes and flight times that work well with your itinerary. You’re welcome to book your own airfare, or Airfare Ticketing may be added separately. See optional additions.
Travel insurance and document guidance. We’ll explain your travel insurance options and can provide a quote and arrange coverage. We’ll also share passport, visa and entry guidance. Each traveler is responsible for obtaining the required documents and confirming that they’re valid for the travel dates.
Your Travel Portal App. We create your interactive Travel Portal early in planning and add details as they’re confirmed. It keeps your itinerary, confirmations, contacts, addresses, meeting points and pickup times together, so what you need is easy to find from your phone.
Your final predeparture review. During your final call, we’ll review your hotels, transportation, guides, activities, meeting points and pickup times.
24/7 in destination support.Through one of our trusted local partners, you’ll have a contact number for real time help with questions, last minute changes, delayed pickups and emergencies.
Additional Planning Services
Concierge Service and Airfare Ticketing may be added to either planning option if you’d like us to take care of a few more details. Expedited Planning applies when planning begins within six weeks of departure. We’ll talk through what your trip needs and explain any additional costs before we begin.

Concierge Service
$250 per trip
Every trip includes restaurant recommendations and up to five restaurant reservations. Concierge Service adds unlimited additional restaurant reservations, spa appointments and help with personal requests such as flowers, a birthday cake or salon appointments.
We manage the requests, follow up on confirmations and add the confirmed arrangements to your Travel Portal. Purchases and services are charged separately, and all arrangements are subject to availability.

Airfare Ticketing
$150 per traveler, per round trip ticket
If you’d like us to handle your airfare, we’ll research current schedules and fares, recommend flights that work well with your itinerary, book and issue your tickets and coordinate the flight details with the rest of your trip.
We’re unable to book flights using points or miles. Airfare, fare differences, airline penalties and any change or rebooking costs are separate.

Expedited Planning
Starts at $950
For planning that begins within six weeks of departure.
The exact cost reflects your travel dates, season, destination, trip complexity and the time available to make arrangements. We’ll review your plans and let you know whether we have enough time to plan your trip well. If we don’t believe the timing is right, we’ll be honest with you.
We may have more flexibility for hotel only arrangements. We’ll confirm the complete cost before planning begins.
Planning for Groups
Group Travel Planning is for groups of three or more travelers when individuals, couples or families will pay separately for their arrangements.
How It Works
The trip begins with the $750 or $950 planning option that fits its length, number of destinations and level of coordination. That cost includes the first traveler, couple or family paying together. Each additional traveler, couple or family paying separately adds $150.
For example, three friends paying separately with the $750 planning option would have a total planning cost of $1,050. The first friend is included, and the other two add $150 each.
We create one shared itinerary for the group and coordinate the details that differ for each traveler. This includes required traveler information, room arrangements, arrival and departure schedules, transportation, payments and confirmations.
Your group receives everything listed in What’s Included, including up to three rounds of revisions, a final pre-departure review and 24/7 in destination support.
We’ll confirm the complete cost before research begins. Airfare Ticketing and Concierge Service may be added separately.

A General Guide to Travel Costs
How Travel Costs Can Come Together
We’ve found that talking through potential travel costs early can make planning feel easier and more comfortable. It offers a realistic sense of how hotels, experiences and transportation can add up, and helps us decide where you’d like to spend more and where you’d be happy to simplify.
No two trips are quite the same, but we hope the example below gives you a helpful place to begin. It shows one possible way costs could come together for two travelers sharing one hotel room. These figures are purely illustrative. They are not a minimum, proposal, quote or estimate for your trip.

The figures below represent the combined daily costs for two travelers—not the cost per person.
One hotel room — approximately $500 to $700 per night
Experiences and activities for two travelers — approximately $500 to $1,200 per day
Transportation and local logistics — approximately $100 to $350 per day
Taxes, service charges and gratuities — allow approximately 10 to 15 percent when not already included
Before the additional allowance, these arrangements total approximately $1,100 to $2,250 per day. After allowing for taxes, service charges, gratuities and higher-cost days, a helpful working range would be approximately $1,200 to $2,600 per day.
For a trip of about 10 days, this hypothetical example would total approximately $12,000 to $26,000.
For more than two travelers, hotel costs will depend on the number of rooms needed. Experiences often increase with the number of participants, and transportation may cost more when a larger vehicle is required.
This example does not include the cost of planning, optional Concierge Service, airfare, travel insurance, meals or personal spending.
The cost of your trip may be higher or lower depending on your destination, travel dates, hotel and room choices, availability and the experiences you select.

Yes. We plan trips around the world for couples, families and groups. We draw on our own travels, 12 years of planning experience, hotel relationships and trusted local partners to recommend the places and arrangements that fit your trip. If we don’t believe we’re the right fit for a particular request, we’ll always let you know.

Not at all. You may come to us with a particular destination, a few ideas or simply a sense of what you hope to experience. During your complimentary Planning Call, we’ll learn about your interests, priorities, dates and budget and offer our initial guidance.

You don’t need to decide before we talk. We’ll consider the length of your trip, number of destinations and travelers, room arrangements, transportation and overall coordination required. Both options include the same thoughtful planning and support. We’ll recommend the appropriate option and confirm the complete cost before research begins.

A shorter trip may sometimes require more involved planning because of multiple transportation connections, different arrival or departure schedules, several rooms or other logistical needs.

If we decide to move forward together, we’ll send the recommended planning option, complete cost of planning, Client Agreement and instructions for getting started. Once we receive your signed agreement and payment, we’ll gather your traveler information, set up your Travel Portal app and let you know when to expect your first proposal.

The cost of planning is due after your complimentary Planning Call and before research begins.

We recommend reaching out as soon as your dates begin to take shape, especially for holidays, school breaks and popular destinations. If you’re traveling within six weeks, please contact us anyway. We’ll let you know whether we have enough time to plan your trip well and whether Expedited Planning applies. We may have more flexibility for hotel only arrangements.

Your first proposal generally takes 10 to 30 business days, depending on the destination, season and complexity of your trip. Before research begins, we’ll let you know when you can expect to receive yours.

We count the days covered by your itinerary, including your arrival and departure days. Each city, island or other place where you stay overnight generally counts as one destination. For example, Rome and Florence would count as two destinations. A brief airport connection without an overnight stay would not. We’ll confirm how your particular itinerary is counted before planning begins.
A Note About Changes & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If additional work is needed, we’ll explain what’s involved and confirm the cost with you before we begin.

Your feedback is an important part of the planning process. Your cost of planning includes up to three rounds of revisions before booking, giving us time to adjust the recommendations and make sure the itinerary is just the way you want it. Additional rounds of revisions are available for $100 each.

Changes to confirmed arrangements that require additional planning or coordination begin at $100. This may include changing your travel dates, destinations, hotels, transportation or other confirmed plans.
The final cost will reflect the amount of work involved, and we’ll confirm it with you before making the changes. Any price increases, change charges or cancellation penalties from travel providers are separate.

The original cost of planning is nonrefundable because it covers the research and planning already completed for your trip.
If you cancel, an additional charge equal to your original cost of planning will apply for the time required to cancel and close out your arrangements. Any cancellation charges from hotels, airlines, guides or other travel providers are separate.
