We'll begin with an in-depth planning session to learn your travel preferences, priorities, budget, and vision. If needed, we'll schedule additional check-in calls along the way to refine every detail.
Your custom itinerary includes accommodations, activities, transfers, reservations, and everything needed to create a seamless experience. Up to three rounds of revisions are included so every detail feels just right.

We'll get to know your travel style, priorities, and expectations while collecting your planning fee and beginning the research process.
2. Research & Itinerary Design

We'll carefully research destinations, accommodations, experiences, and logistics before creating your first personalized itinerary.
3. Review & Refine

You'll review your itinerary, share your feedback, and we'll make revisions (up to three rounds) until everything feels perfect.
4. Confirm Your Trip

Once you're ready, we'll secure your reservations with your trip deposit and finalize your bookings.
5. Add the Finishing Touches

This is where the magic happens. We'll layer in romantic surprises, personalized recommendations, and all the important travel information you'll need before departure.
