Signature Trip Planning

Planning fee starting at $750

For trips of 8 days or less with up to two destinations.

We recommend and book your hotels, guides, experiences and transportation, with thoughtful attention to where you stay and how each day fits together. We design the balance of planned activities and free time around your preferences, review everything with you before departure and provide 24/7 in destination support while you travel.

Complex Trip Planning

Planning fee starting at $950

For trips of 9 days or more, three or more destinations, or more involved travel arrangements.

We recommend and book your hotels, guides, experiences and transportation, with thoughtful attention to where you stay and how each day fits together. We design the balance of planned activities and free time around your preferences, review everything with you before departure and provide 24/7 in destination support while you travel.

Planning services are priced separately from your travel arrangements. We’ll walk you through the costs and any optional services before we begin, so you know what to expect.

Book Your Complimentary Planning Call

What’s Included

  • We begin with a complimentary Travel Planning Session to talk through your dates, budget, priorities, interests, and the way you like to travel. From there, we guide you on destinations, routing, timing, and how long to spend in each place.

  • Before research begins, we’ll let you know when you can expect your first proposal. You’ll have time to review our recommendations and pricing, ask questions and share your feedback, with up to three rounds of revisions before booking. We’re available by email and for calls as needed throughout planning.

  • We research, recommend, and book hotels with careful attention to location, room setup, amenities, and what will work best for the people traveling. Preferred benefits such as breakfast, hotel credits, welcome amenities, and upgrades are included when available.

  • We research, recommend and book trusted guides, tours and experiences, balancing planned activities with time to explore, relax and enjoy where you are. We bring your arrangements together in a daily itinerary that reflects the way you like to travel.

  • We plan and book private transfers, trains, ferries and rental cars, recommending the best way to travel between stops based on your itinerary, comfort and time.

  • We book the arrangements in your approved itinerary, coordinate with hotels and our local partners, and manage deposits, payments, confirmations and booking deadlines for the services we arrange.

  • Every package includes restaurant recommendations and up to five reservations per trip. If you’d like more help with dining, spa appointments or personal requests, you can add our Concierge service for $250.

  • We’ll help you choose airports, routes and timing that work well with your trip. You’re welcome to book your own airfare, or we’d be happy to research and book your flights for $150 per ticket.

  • We confirm the arrangements in your approved itinerary, communicate with hotels and our local partners, and manage deposits, payments, confirmations, and important deadlines for the services we arrange.

  • We provide travel insurance guidance, passport, visa and entry information on your trip so you know what to prepare. You’ll be responsible for obtaining the required documents and making sure they’re valid for your travel dates.

  • We communicate birthdays, anniversaries, room preferences, dietary needs, and other details that may make your stay more comfortable or personal.

  • Your Travel Portal keeps your itinerary, confirmations, contacts, addresses, timing, and important travel information organized and easy to access from your phone.

  • Before you leave, we review your hotels, transportation, guides, activities, meeting points, and other logistics, then walk through the trip with you on a final pre-departure call.

  • You’ll have a local contact number for real time help with questions, changes and emergencies. We’ll review whom to contact during your final pre-departure call, so you know how to reach help while you’re away.

  • Final itinerary delivered via an interactive app with confirmations, contacts, and trip details
