A Conversation To Start
We begin with a complimentary 30-minute Travel Planning Call. You share your trip ideas, and we offer our first thoughts on your goals, travel style, priorities, and budget. Your planning fee sets your personalized research in motion, and our mother and daughter team takes it from there. Research and planning fees begin at $750*.

We Gather the Essentials
We gather your traveler details, share early destination guidance, and pull from our trusted resources to design a well informed proposal. We also set up your interactive Travel Portal, home to every detail of your trip from day one.

Your Trip Comes Together
We research the destinations, hotels, experiences, activities, and guides that fit your travel goals, along with the best way to connect each stop. From there, we design your day-by-day travel proposal, and you choose your favorites. This is where the magic comes in. We refine the plan together through up to three rounds of revisions, offering honest guidance until every detail is exactly as you want it.

The Final Details
We finalize your personalized itinerary and book, organize, and confirm everything: accommodations, transportation, guides, activities, and one of a kind experiences. Before you leave, we host a pre-departure call to review your final plan.

Travel Well. Travel Confident.
You depart with your final itinerary in the same Travel Portal, now with direct contacts for drivers and guides, every confirmation, and every trip detail. Along the way, you travel with 24/7 in-destination support, and are able to relax and enjoy the trip. When you return, we check in to hear how everything went and welcome your review.
*Trips of 9 days or longer may have a higher planning fee based on length and complexity.

The heart of what I do is planning trips that reflect your people, your priorities, and the way you love to travel. You bring the goals and ideas and I turn them into a personalized itinerary with every detail handled so the planning feels easy and the trip itself feels more relaxed.
Clients tell me that having everything mapped out in advance helps them fully enjoy their time away, because they're not making big decisions while traveling or managing logistics as they go. Getting you to that place, present, unburdened, and simply enjoying the trip, is what I love most about this work.
I've spent over a decade planning travel and even more years traveling, 91 countries and counting, so the guidance you get from me is firsthand, not just what you might find online or hear through word of mouth. When people ask about my favorite trip, my answer is always the same: I love it all, from Japan's serene gardens to the beaches of St. Barths.
